Fofi commenced working with the firm in 1975 and during her employment, attended the University of Technology Sydney to complete her law degree. Fofi was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 1995 and during the years she has gained extensive experience in acting for clients for over 30 years in the following areas: Property Law including Conveyancing of Residential and Commercial Property, Commercial and Residential Leasing; Mortgages and Finance; Sale and Purchase of Small Businesses; Liquor Licensing Applications and Redefinition of Hotel Licenced Premises; Succession Law and Practice in Wills and Probate matters and preparation of Deeds of Family Arrangements.
