Christopher was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in 1974. His experience in litigation has involved appearing before the Supreme Court of New South Wales, High Court of Australia, the Judiciary Committee of the Privy Council and the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales. Christopher has advised on most aspects of law including Contract Law, Building and Construction Law, Taxation and Commercial Law. He has also extensively advised in relation to incorporation, restructuring and generally under the Corporations Law, and has acted for lenders and borrowers in financing transactions ranging from home acquisitions to major property developments through a 30 year old association with one of Australia's largest home unit builders.
